Scott is a third generation real estate broker who started
his real estate career in 1988. After working his way up the ladder, he
purchased Wisconsin Real Estate and became president of the family business
in 2001. Scott holds a Bachelors of Science degree in economics, has earned
the Accredited Buyer Representative Designation, Accredited Buyer Representative
Manager Designation, the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager Designation
and the Graduate Realtors Institute Designation. He is currently working
on the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CCIM) Designation. In
addition, Scott has been a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser since 1995 and
owns and manages a number of real estate investments.
Scott has been and continues to be an active member of the county and state Realtor associations. At the local level, he is currently serving as Chairman of the Dodge County Board of Realtors Professional Standards Committee and serving as a member of the Dodge County Multiple Listing Service Committee. Current state association involvement includes serving as a member of the Wisconsin Realtors Association Public Policy Development Committee.
Scott's past activities include Treasurer of the Dodge County Multiple Listing Service, Chairman of the Dodge County Board of Realtors Government Affairs Committee, and Chairman of the Dodge County Board of Realtors Program-Public Affairs Committee. Scott has also served on the Wisconsin Realtors Association General Legislation Working Group and was an Alternate State Director for the Dodge County Board of Realtors.
In addition, Scott was named the year 2000 Dodge County Board of Realtors "Realtor of the Year".
